Products Center - ZSK2309A Three coordinate Heavy duty Composite CNC Deep Hole Drilling Machine
The assembly and commissioning of the ZSK2309A three-coordinate heavy-duty CNC (Computer Numerical Control) composite deep-hole drilling machine have been successfully completed at the customers site (Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.) recently。
This machine tool is the first set of three coordinate CNC heavy-duty composite deep hole drilling machine in China, which has the characteristics of long stroke, large drilling depth, and heavy weight.


Functions and Structures of the Main Components of the Machine Tool:
1.Machine Bed
The X-axis is driven by a servo motor, with ball screw pair transmission and hydrostatic guideway orientation. The hydrostatic guideways carriage section is inlaid with wear-resistant cast tin bronze plates. Two machine beds are arranged in parallel, each equipped with a servo drive system, enabling dual-drive and dual-motion with synchronous control.
2.Drill Spindle Boxes
The gun drilling spindle box features a single-spindle structure, driven by a spindle motor, with synchronous belt and pulley transmission for stepless speed regulation.
The BTA drilling spindle box also has a single-spindle structure, driven by a spindle motor, with speed reduction achieved through a gearbox and synchronous belt and pulley transmission for stepless speed regulation.
3.Column Assembly
The column assembly consists of a main column and an auxiliary column. Both columns are equipped with servo drive systems, enabling dual-drive and dual-motion with synchronous control.
4.Gun Drill Guide Frame and BTA Oil Feeder
The gun drill guide frame is used for guiding the gun drill bit and supporting the gun drill spindle.
The BTA oil feeder is used for guiding the BTA drill bit and supporting the BTA drill spindle.
