Processing Technology：
♦During processing, the workpiece rotates at low speed while the tool rotates at high speed and feeds.
♦ The BTA internal chip removal process is used during drilling.
♦ When boring, the process of supplying cutting fluid from the boring bar to the front (head end) and discharging cutting fluid and chips is adopted.
♦ The nesting process adopts an external chip removal method, which requires specialized nesting tools, tool holders, and specialized fixtures.
♦ According to the processing needs, the machine tool is equipped with a drilling (boring) bar box, and the cutting tools can rotate and feed.
